The location is perfect! Within a 5 minute walk you will find all the beaches, shopping, dining and entertainment you can dream of. Stroll back and forth from the beach all day or relax on your lanai (balcony) enjoying the Ocean and Waikiki views. One block away is the scenic Ala Wai Canal where you can take a morning or evening stroll/jog.

Building amenities include pool, hot tub, exercise room, BBQ, roof top kitchen, and roof top deck.

Fully equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher, and coffee maker. Air conditioning, color TV with cable and DVD. Sleeping arrangements for 4 guests are accommodated with a queen bed in the bedroom, a single futon couch, and a single elevated air mattress.

Smoking

These are non smoking units! A $100 cleaning fee will be added to your bill if smoke is detected in the condo upon your departure.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Damages

Damage and breakage caused by a tenant/guest should be reported immediately. Tenants/guests assume liability for any damage/loss to condos or contents and will be charged accordingly.

Reservation Booking & Check-In Procedure

To reserve a unit press the BOOK NOW button. After completing details for your booking you must pay the refundable booking fee deposit (25% of total due). You will see a Paypal window to make payment. Your booking will NOT be reserved without payment.

Prior to occupancy you will be emailed a Paypal request for the full amount for your stay plus a cleaning fee (see Cleaning Fee). Upon payment you will be emailed a Welcome Package containing self check-in instructions.

Booking Fee & Other Refunds

After vacating the unit you will be refunded your booking fee deposit minus any charges for damages/loss. Credit for discount rates will also be refunded. All refunds are issued through Paypal.

Cleaning Fee

A one time cleaning fee is required for all visits (Studio $75, One Bedroom $99). For monthly stays all tenants are required to do regular cleaning, but will be charged the cleaning fee to prepare unit for next guest. If unit is left in a condition that requires excessive cleaning, renter will be charged extra.

Check-in and Check-out times

Check-IN is no earlier than 3:00PM unless prior arrangements have been made. Check-OUT time is no later than 11:00AM unless previous arrangements have been made. We make every attempt to accommodate guests promptly upon arrival, but due to scheduling and room cleaning, there may be a delay in gaining access to your room if arriving prior to 3:00PM. We appreciate your understanding and thank you in advance.

Please be advised that since this is a private condominium, there is no storage for your luggage after you check-out. If your travel arrangements require a late departure and you wish to retain your luggage in the condo, we suggest you book an additional night's stay. Please also be aware if you don’t check out on time, a $20 per half hour fee will be assessed.

Cancellations

All cancellations must be in writing (e-mail is fine). Full refund of booking fee within 90 days of arrival upon notification. A $25.00 processing fee will be deducted from your refund amount. If reservations are canceled less than 30 days prior to the arrival date no refunds will be made. Sometimes we are able to resell your booking time back to another guest and refund you the difference, but please note this isn’t always possible so plan accordingly.

"In Waikiki for a conference held at the Hyatt Regency. Their room
rate was $395/night! They are also only two blocks away from this
unit. This unit: $115/night. No brainer, But how was the condo? In a
word: Excellent. 20th floor provided wonderful views of the beach from
the lanais and the unit also faces south so you get day-long sun
exposure, which was a welcome surprise for us. We sat out there
enjoying the sun almost as much as time spent on the beach. If you
don't feel like walking the 5 minutes to the beach you've got your sun
from the lanais or the roof top which also provided spectacular
panoramic views. The unit itself was very comfortable and nicely
equipped, with a full kitchen that allowed us to save some money by
cooking meals in-house. One night we also enjoyed the rooftop BBQ and
grilled on one of their two nice gas grills. The air conditioner was a
very welcome addition. We rented a car one day and were happy not to
have had to pay for parking, as the unit comes with a free dedicated
space. Location wise: 5 minutes to the beach and the same to the canal
where we ran each morning not having to dodge traffic. Also 5 minute
walk to the main 'drag' where all of the nice restaurants and shops
are. We were very pleased with the condo, location, price and ease of
the self-check-in and check-out. The owner/coordinator was a pleasure
to work with; responsive, accommodating and cordial. If you're looking
for a condo I highly recommend this one. As a side note, there were
three in our party: my wife, 2 year-old and myself and the size was
perfect."

I don't recall what we paid per night but if it was lower than I
quoted above you may insert the correct price.

#7 "Fabulous and worth every penny"

As a frequent traveler who prefers renting rather than staying in impersonal hotels, I have to give this condo 5 stars. The unit is well-equipped with anything you might need - a virtual home away from home. A remodeled unit, it is beautifully done, from the completely updated kitchen well-stocked with utensils, dishes, pots, etc., to the lovely bathroom. You can sit on the lanai in the evenings and watch the sunset. A short 5-minute walk takes you to the beach, shops, or restaurants. A parking space is included; however it was easiest to just walk everywhere or jump on a bus. The canal is a block away and handy for short jogs. The building is extremely secure which was a concern for this older Japanese woman. Don't overlook this one as it is worth every penny, and then some.
